DraftedSkin (“we”, “us”) operates draftedskin.com, an online store for semi-permanent tattoos delivered across Pakistan. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. By ordering from us you agree to this policy.
What we collect
- Order information: your name, phone number, delivery address, email address and order history — everything needed to deliver your order and confirm cash-on-delivery payments.
- Messages: anything you send us over email, WhatsApp or our social channels, so we can support you.
- Device data: basic, anonymised analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). We do not run advertising trackers on your data.
How we use it
- Processing, packing and delivering your order, and confirming COD orders by phone or WhatsApp.
- Customer support, including refunds and replacements.
- Order updates by SMS, email or WhatsApp.
- Marketing messages only if you subscribed — every message includes a way to opt out.
Who we share it with
Only what is necessary: our courier partners (to deliver your order), payment or SMS service providers (to run the store), and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use the small set of cookies a store needs to function: keeping your cart, remembering your login, and anonymised traffic analytics. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the cart and checkout need them to work.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, warranty and legal purposes. Marketing data is deleted when you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time — write to draftedskin@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Children
Our products are cosmetic and intended for adults and teenagers with adult supervision. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We may update this policy as the store evolves; the current version always lives on this page. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan.
