Where we deliver
Everywhere in Pakistan that our courier partners reach — all major cities and most towns.
Timelines
- Major cities: 2–4 working days.
- Other areas: 3–5 working days.
- Orders placed after the daily cutoff, on weekends or public holidays ship the next working day.
Charges
- A flat Rs. 250 delivery charge applies to every order everywhere we deliver.
- Cash on delivery is available nationwide; the courier collects the amount on arrival.
Tracking and delivery
You receive a tracking reference once the parcel is with the courier. The courier calls or messages before delivery; a wrong or unreachable phone number is the most common cause of failed delivery, so double-check it at checkout. If a parcel returns to us undelivered, we will contact you to re-ship (fresh delivery charge may apply) or refund the item value.
Packaging
Designs ship flat in protective packaging so sheets arrive unbent and unexposed. See our Refund & Return Policy if anything arrives less than perfect.
